Our Meet and Greet service will give you peace of mind whilst you are enjoying your cruise, it is the perfect way to start your holiday!
Our booking forms are easy to use and will allow you to book ahead of time to secure your car with us.
Please make sure you add your time of arrival to us so we know what time to expect you; if you aren’t sure and are booking quite far in advance then don’t worry as we can arrange this closer to the time!
The payment system is safe and secure. If you get stuck at all then just give us a call and our staff will be happy to help.
On the day you arrive with us, one of our friendly staff members will meet you in the short stay car park within the Southampton Terminal of your choice. We do ask that you try to give us a quick phone call 30 minutes before your arrive should you be arriving at a different time to what has been previously arranged.
Look out for our big Cruise Azure Parking blue and white flag! Our staff members will be wearing Cruise Azure Parking blue high vis vests too!
We will conduct a short inspection of your car; we may record any existing bumps and scratches! We may also complete an additional form regarding your car and assist you with luggage etc if this is an additional service that you have requested during the time of booking.
Leaving you to board the ship, we will drive your car to our CCTV, gated facility where it will remain until your return. (We may move it if you have requested a car wash!)
Then: Sit back and relax! Our parking facility is secured with CCTV, your car will be locked within the gated facility throughout the night. So, all you need to worry about is enjoying your holiday!
On your return we will be waiting in the short stay car park of your chosen terminal with your car and ask that you give us a call 30 minutes before your depart the ship. The ship will release you level by level and therefore timings can vary. Again, you will find us as before; near our Cruise Azure blue flag wearing a blue high vis vest!
Upon completing a booking with us you will receive a discount code which can be applied to a following booking should you return to us within a year (please make sure you keep your voucher safe as this is not something that we can resupply).
We have Winter and Summer price lists; Winter prices run from November to February, Summer prices run from March to September. Currently, we are only showing our winter prices because we are running an introductory offer which allows you to book any time for the prices below.
